my harmless.exe file help

0
0
I made a harmless installer (with Install Creator 2) which installs completely harmless .wav files. Yet my .exe installer is being accused of being dangerous anyways when it (and the files it installs) are completely harmless.

I tried Google search but not much luck. Can I prevent such false claims in the future and if so how? My installer only installs completely harmless files. My .exe was in a .zip folder too (when I downloaded it) and in that .zip there was and is only my harmless .exe installer.

Weh.

WAH.
Note: I probably won't readily care too much about criticism on my particular depiction of Wario, but I'll also probably take it into account.
I've remade this sprite twice. The first one looks plain bad and the second one looked a little bit too... clean?
Original:[Image: 3c7a67e714.png]
Second:[Image: cc162a48b1.png]
Don't worry too much about the rolling sprites. I'll probably redo those a few times before I decide they're finished.
NOTE: This is meant to appear to be a SNES sprite. If there's anything stopping it from doing so(other than the arm detail, which I may change/remove anyway), please let me know. It's got exactly 15 colors. His physique, minus his extremely buff arms, is meant to resemble that of Wario Land 2 and Wario Land 3.

Kamen Rider Storm Heroes for iOS & Android

With the recent jump to iOS devices for most franchises, it was only a matter of time before Kamen Rider got one called Kamen Rider Storm Heroes which can be purchased in the states via the android market place & google play.

The reason why I brought this up is because I rig up models for MikuMikuDance and a lot of my forte is with Kamen Rider models so once the models from Climax Heroes on the PS2 & the Wii along with the BattRide War games on the PS3, I was wondering about the models for the rider after Gaim, which is Drive, the current running show.

A good chunk of Drive's stuff is in the game/Along with rider allies, vehicles, weapons, grunts, and etc. from what I covered from FaceBook friends playing the game and I'd love to have those models.

That's the tricky part.

Me and another buddy by the name of YuuyaTails are working together to crack this format and rip the models. Yuuyatails managed to get the batch file for the game and got Disunity to get the stuff out since Kamen Rider Storm Heroes uses the Unity engine for the game.

Yuuyatails also got a model out of the game but everything was in a .Bin format. I looked at the Texture Asset file and found this thread for a PNG extracter: http://www.vg-resource.com/thread-27328.html

While it converted, it didn't show an image at all so, I'm deciding to make this thread to get some insight on how to convert the .Bin format to get the model converted to something like OBJ & the textures into formats we both can use and who knows? I might even submit them to the site. I'd have to talk to Yuuytails about that.

Here's the model that Yuuyatails extracted recently: mega:#!KxlgnbYB!oUiu7Sp2OHiD7ycVxbSAY5XuVpYkYW6A5TU2ON40wR8
I couldn't link it because it went to a different site instead of Mega. Copy & paste the link into the browser in order to get the folder.

Judging from the V4 in the folder name, I'm guessing the model could be Drive's Dead Heat form or it could be Type Formula. Not sure.

If anyone can help us out, we'd both greatly appreciate it.

Final Fantasy 2 PSP

I'm looking for the character's battle sprites from the PSP version of Final Fantasy 2. I've been searching extensively for the past week, and had absolutely no progress. I also tried to give a shot on ripping them, but i'm absolutely clueless, as I couldn't find a tutorial or suitable software for reading the files extracted from the ISO. Does anyone have such sprites, or know of an effective way to rip them (probably the same method used to rip the sprites from Final Fantasy 4 Anniversary Edition PSP)? I don't really want to resort to taking screenshots and editing, but the effort to find those sprites is almost matching the effort to screenshot and trim.

MaxBMD update

I've started to update MaxBMD script from EmuTalk.
GitHub project: Link
This version is able to import a little more models. Some annoying issues are fixed.

However, I stumbled upon adding multiple texture coordinates and vertex color alpha component. If you are really good in MaxScript, please check this branch.
You may need a model to test alpha, here it is: model1.bmd
The alpha on this model must look like shown on the screenshot below. However, it is not updated in viewport, until you try to change it's value. Check it out, it's hard to describe.

Anyone know how to extract a .data file? And looking at a hex editor, everything inside are .vol files.

Hello everybody! It's been a while, right? Smile
Sorry for the inactivity but I was busy with a lot of stuff which made me away from uploading some sprites here..
Yep, this is me YouTubeWare! Are you confused why my signature says "MilesTheCreator"?
That's because, I was supposed to upload some WarioWare D.I.Y games to YouTube but I ended up doing some videos and gameplays! Smile
Anyways, this time I will try to be active more often and submit some sprites this time! Wink

Steven Universe: Attack the Light Graphics Organization?

0

Hello guys. I have obtained the graphics for this game (thanks to Dinner Sonic) and after taking a look at them, I'm noticing an issue with organizing them into sheets. It is an RPG in which all the characters always appear on-screen at the same time (there is no party switching, so literally all the time, even during battles) and as a result, their graphics are all clustered together into different images. Not to mention the graphics are snugly laid out together so there's no real way to separate them unless a magic tool of some sort is used (some are upside-down, but that's just how they came in the data).

So as you can see, the first one has most of the assets from the title screen (minus the background). That's fine, but then you come to the second one which has Garnet and Amethyst's assets clustered together on one image. Same goes for the third which has Pearl and Steven's graphics bunched up. Several are fairly organized/stick to one subject like the first, but they're mostly the ones that have the overworld tile assets and the backgrounds etc.; the rest however, like the characters/enemies, are jumbled with other things. There also seem to be several duplicates of things, main difference seems to be resolution and arrangement. I take it I'd just use the largest versions?

Can anyone tell me what I can do about this? I can't imagine the graphics would be usable like this.

Decided to start a thread for animations specifically, I normally would rarely do them but I decided to try today and whipped up this yawning girl thing. Any feedback is welcomed.

Pac-Man World 3 - Voice of Pac-Man

Special thanks to puggsoy, Tristan885 on the ZDoom forum and the creator of QuickBMS. These were kind of a pain to rip and such and while I was able to rip most of his lines (and unused ones), I can't rip them all as some don't play at all in PSound or have their playback messed up, which I don't know how to fix.

Hopefully this will come of use to a few of you out there. Martin T. Sherman is best Pac-Man, IMO. :V

Dazz's Big Thread Of !!!HELP!!!

Hey guys,

So I'm currently looking at a huge batch of titles that have been given to me kindly by a friend. I was hoping some of you might be able to help. I'll start off with just this format from the PS3 game "Chaos;Child".

So that this thread may be of some use to those in the future, the files are all stored in simple .cpk files. These can be extracted using Noesis. Out pops a bunch of PNG files.
I'll write up something properly on the Wiki after there's more progress on the next step.

The "chara.cpk" file will pop out a bunch of png files, and a bunch of associated .lay files. I'm curious as to whether, who knows, these are short for ".layout"... The png files look like this:

Dr. Mario - Online RX archive

I picked up the game today, chose the rule of extracting
the biggest archive in the set, and what was outputted was a
DAT file. I assume it's all graphics because it's named 'GAME.DAT'.
I really liked the Dr. Mario series and want to pull content from this one.
Try a hex editor.

Rampage: Total Destruction

Hey everyone!
I've been trying to rip sound effects from Rampage: Total Destruction but I can't figure out that.
I was able to rip audio (musics) from PS2 version, and another thing I get is sound effects, but its plays in some kind of weird-speed-up-meshed in one file.
Then I was move to Gamecube or Wii version, its use .samp and .uber in Audio folder. I can't figure out to do that, even try the VGMToolBox or vgmstream, I'm not smart at coding.

Simple files from Wii version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7k7ngkr7siq8gqk/Audio.7z?dl=0

PS. Gamecube version has .adp in Audio folder with .samp and .uber too
