Tornado Outbreak No Models?

This is my Problem I look in the file system seeing no model format only bgw files bik files and audio files can I convert these Textures or layout to view the models if so what program now I have tried everything if you could explain to me or give me a tip that would be great I need the models but can't find models in the file system

How do I actually put the model stuff on here into Blender?

I downloaded a Pikachu model, and it has a bunch of files in it, like .fbx and .smd and .DAE files, along with some png images. As a complete noobie to all of this, how to I actually put all of this into Blender? Help appreciated.

So I am currently creating a mod for Nuclear Throne, these sprites will most likely be used in the mod, although some of the sprites are from the game, or are from other games
feel free to edit them and use the EDITED ones anywhere you please, give credit if you do copy the sprites pixel by pixel or something.

To start things off, I have a WIP cover of "Avilla Henya" from Tactics Ogre: LUCT.

I know that there is a problem with channel 11. It's supposed to be a second drum channel, but I'm not sure how to configure it properly.

The Last Express backgrounds

Okay, so I tried adding the backgrounds of The Last Express to the site in a single zip file and what I got while waiting all that time to submit it was an error, which I did twice. The least you can do is tell me if I should upload a specific room with fewer backgrounds or just one at a time, thereby decreasing the file size that it take for it to upload?

Problems with a VST Plugin

So the other day I installed a VST plugin called Proteus VX and decided to try it out. So I opened up Fl Studio 12, inserted the VST into the channel which opened up the window for it, and got to work. On the left side of the window I noticed a folder labeled "Presets" and decided to open it...only to find it was empty. Confused, I decided to go to File-Open and search for the presets myself. I eventually found a file called "Proteus X Composer v2.0.1.exb", but when I tried to open it I got this error message:

"The file C:\Program Files [x86]\Creative Professional\E-MU Sound Central\Proteus X Composer v2.0.1.exb is not a vaild EOS or Emulator X bank file."

This is getting a bit annoying, and this is my first time using Proteus VX. Angry  To anyone who has used this plugin before, how did you get around this problem?

Dragon Ball Fusions formats

I was trying to rip 3D models from Dragon Ball Fusions, but I ran into some formats that I don't know about. Since the game runs on CriWare, the entire game is packed inside a CPK, which was easy enough to extract. However, getting past that, the files inside are unknown to me. While the sound formats were just renamed ADX files, the models are .jmdl, the textures are .jtex (which is not the normal .jtex file), the animations are .jmot, and other file types that I haven't seen before show up. I would like assistance in reverse-engineering these files.

Yo! I'm back again. You probably remember me because you kinda liked my sprites, or maybe something stupid I did... Or maybe you just don't know me.

But my aim is to become a much better spriter, and possibly a good game developer that can help others with their games.
So as part of that, I started making yet another fangame to practice both of those things at once. It's a small game is based on Earthbound Beginnings that's a 2D platformer. My main focus is the graphics right now, so that's why I'm here.

Here's Ninten's sprites so far. I've had a lot help trying to get the design/art-style straight so far.

This here is a very WIP Mech planned for the game. Obviously based on one from Kirby Planet Robobot
That's all I've got now. I hope you like it so far, and tell me everything that needs to be improved.

And failing.
In a bid to make my mugshot art a bit less boring I've started to try to switch up the face angles and expression more.

I'm having way too much trouble with this one though.

I think it's relevatively clear what sort of pose/expression I was trying to go for, but they all either ended up too small or the face shaping was poor... or the angle switched from what it was supposed to be, a sort of low tilts hunched scowl type thing.

I REALLY WANT THE LEVEL MODELS FROM THIS GAME!

TS 2 - BLTTR Is like my entire childhood. My first favorite game ever, and I've been looking for level rips, but I haven't found them anywhere.
Can anyone rip the level models from the game? It's a PSX and N64 title, I would love to import it to Unity with the textures, and revive my childhood memories. What I want is to be able to traverse Andy's house, and all the different locations, but with a human-sized character

If anyone can please do this for me, I would be so grateful. If you charge for it, well, you can tell me how much, and I'll see what I can gather.

Exa.Snu files? (The Simpsons Game, PS3 version)

So I managed to get a PS3 ISO file extracted and in the 'audiostream' folders, every last file has this extension; .exa.snu (for example "d_frpa_xxx_000155a.exa.snu")

I've tried looking around for any sort of solution as to dealing with this extension but the only results I've been able to find are about Dead Space 2 audio files (of which I've not seen any method for converting those either) or about AVG Antivirus which I'm going to guess is irrelevant.

I've been able to get into the PS2 version but that and the wii have about half the content of the xbox360 version and have a weird echo effect before the end of each clip. Also I couldn't find a working 360 download.

Anyone got an idea what to do? If anything can be done that is. If you want to take a look at some of the files yourself then let me know.

Well, this is something that I kind of meditated on for a bit and I realize that I don't really have much of a reason in staying here at this point in time besides talking about general hobbies.

It's been fun for the past 10 or so years that I've been on here since I joined Pixeltendo before the split between what used to be just TSR and that place. And I've definitely seen the good times and bad in this place, even when I was acting immature from time to time and even lurking every now and then but at this point my goals have changed and if I feel serious about pursuing them then well, this is just gonna have to be one of the places that I end up deviating from.

I have no ill will intended in this decision because a lot of you guys have been fair to me and I have a lot of respect for some of those who frequent here. If people wish to contact me elsewhere then I'll leave my twitter and facebook profile links up for you guys in my profile but that will be the last of the activity I have on here besides maybe visiting as a guest.

Anyhow, hope all goes well for these forums for years to come and hopefully some of us will run into each other again somewhere.

Broken Characters

Copying this over from VGFacts since it's also slightly relevant here:

Hi everyone! I recently fixed a major issue that I only just discovered the solution for. The result is that special characters (including character sets from other languages) now display natively and properly on all pages. The bad news is that, given the old incomplete configuration, any special characters submitted prior to yesterday were re-encoded and are now broken as a result. I've fixed the most prevalent ones (single and double quotes copied from Word, dashes that were converted to emdashes, and bullet points that were mis-entered) but I'm sure there's plenty more out there. In particular, Japanese characters are definitely broken and I already fixed one of them today. Should you find any odd looking characters while browsing the site, please report them so I can fix it.

Of special note on the resource sites is likely going to be single quotes as I don't anticipate much in the way of Japanese text floating around. Basically though, just keep an eye out for any weird characters and either submit a revision (if possible) or report it here.
