    Hello! Is there any BFRES file viewer that can be in a .exe format? I mostly see only BFRES viewers inteded to be used for Visual Studio or 3DS Max. Can there be one where we can open it? A .exe file.

  • Okay, so I am relatively new to the modding community and was wondering how difficult it would be to convert my model which is in a .nud format (Smash 4) to a more program-friendly 3D model. (obj. dae. etc) I attempted to use 3DS Max, but it appeared that my machine was unable to run it. Any suggestions? If necessary I could submit the file.

    Hello everyone, this is BigBellies here.

    I want to say sorry if I wasn't on these past few weeks. Been busy with college and Pokemon Go. However, I want to talk to everyone about some concerns about some Dragon Ball Z Budokai game models I managed to extract.

    Some character skin textures are all white with no color, such as Majin Buu's skin for his body. Not just that but all the other characters' textures, except for Krillin all have white skin textures, and some parts of the model aren't imported, like Mr. Buu's cape. But I may have extruded Majin Buu's cape so it could be included.

    Should I submit my models still or no?

    I have tried to rip this game to have the meshs but i have got some problems...


    I have take the game .APK file from my phone to be sure to have not a corrupted version of it and i extracted the files with Android studio and open the

    Unity files with Asset studio but the problem is some texture imported by developpers are corrupted and need a missing file to open it but this file is

    do opened by the software and i tried to open it with Assets Bundles Extractor but the software crash and i tried with a different APK of the same game

    and it crash too soo if somone qnow how to resolve this that gona be very usefull beacause i need somme files in it

    Why do all model importers have to be for 3DS Max? You have to pay to get it, and there might seem to be only a few ways to illegally get it for free. Why not Blender? Like, it makes me want to rename the file extension and hurl.

    I am currently working on a personal project and I have been searching like mad for a model of Wuhu Island that is completely textured. I have only been able to find models that are incompatible, lack textures or missing part of the model. I have tried personally ripping the model from my own copy of Wii Sports Resort but I lack a DVD drive and the attachment that plugs into USB didn't work. I don't need it from any game in particular (Maybe the Smash 4 stage?), but I need it to be solid and have access to the smaller paths (i.e. like the Island Flyover minigame allows you to fly through smaller paths.) I would also really appreciate some help on methods I could possibly use to get models like this in the future. Thanks in advance! Smile

    I'm trying to extract the audio files from the Grim Fandango Remaster, but I can not find absolutely anything that can help extract it.

    All files that containing textures and audios are in .LAB

  • So I'm trying to rip the models from one of Namco's arcade racing game, Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 5. I have done a bit research into the model files and they all seemed to be using .nud models similar to Pokken's NDWD, although the way of storing multiple objects is a bit different, I'll explain later on.

    There are 3 model formats used in this game, which is are .mdl, .bin & .nud. Among all 3 file format, the .nud ones are the only ones that could be properly imported by RTB's Pokken NUD importer. The .mdl and .bin are actually containers, but the importer is unable to import properly. Unlike Pokken, the way it stores multiple objects is slightly different :

    Here are part of the hex-view of two of the different file formats,

    BIN track file (has been renamed to .nud to test importing) :

    Importing the MDL files without manual extraction with RTB's Pokken NUD will not import anything but for the BIN files does import the first (top) model located in the file, though the rest remains unimported.

    Through manually seperating the NDWD file inside either of the file to its independent NUD, the NUD importer is able to import them, the image below is from a MDL file :

    Is there any tool that can unpack two of these format into independent NUDs or a script there could Import all of them? The attachments are samples for the two files which I'm unable to import and a NUD from the same game for reference. Greatly appreciated if anyone could help!
