Hello everybody! Long time, no see. I haven't been around since the forum's "revamp", so before I start talking business, I just want to greet everyone!

I would like to ask several modification on M:AA page. These are the cons of a online game, it receives a lot of changes, but on hte other hand new sprotesheets come frequently. Smile

* Change the "Heroes" section to "Playable Characters". The definition of hero is not apllicable anymore to a group that has Dr. Doom and Sabertooth...

* Update Taskmaster

Basically a fangame I'm going to entirely sprite before I find a coder.

MGS3x Zelda , Stealth based, would serve as a prequel to OOT where one plays as a young ganon mercenary with Impa serving as Intel/backup in the Great war talked about in Alttp.

Right now all I have is a mockup, but my plan is to use boktai x alttp styled sprites and use the alttp overworld stretched 150% vertically.

I think i would make the only mechanics:
the block creator wand from alttp (to hide behind blocks)
the hookshot (the main weapon, to carry across gaps and bring enemies toward you)
Kojiro (always available, can use to fly oneself off ledges)
some kind of anti-hookshot, which would push enemies away rather than pull them towards you.
boomerang (stuns enemies)
Camo (decreases chance of being seen)

and what would be different would be that all the items would be available from the start, except for camo, which along with heart containers would be the only items found in chests.

(I registered some time ago, but never formally introduced myself sooo...) Hi, I'm Fawfulthegreat64! You may know me from the Mario Wiki, its forum, Youtube, or GameFAQs (where I go by greatdimentio) Most see me as a Mario RPG fanatic, and that is what I am. I came here to help with extracting sprites from Mario & Luigi Dream Team using a capture card, but due to my terribleness at spriting in general it didn't go so well. But now I'm back, and on the verge of extracting the stuff directly from the ROM. If all goes well, that is.

I'm known for complaining about Mario RPGs not getting the recognition they deserve, so beware. I'm sure you have already seen some of my posts on the matter. I hope to be of assistance to this community regardless. (If my plans succeed, that is)

So I started this project a few months ago, and with the release of Mario Kart 8 I kinda dropped it for a while. But now I'm going to try to get back to working on it. Here's the latest demo I have released: https://www.mediafire.com/?dfry92x5d9d12h1

I kinda suck at creating stories, I know the evil doppelganger thing is cliched but it's seriously the best thing I could think of...for now, at least. I'm still a noob at RPG Maker VX Ace so any pro tips would be appreciated. Enjoy the demo!

pushing people in fighting games

i dont really understand why you can push your opponants and allys in fighting games . i mean i kinda get it during the fight but  when you are trying to get past your  ally to attack it can be annoying  especially if  your ally  runs right at you blocking you by accident  and moves you back (like in  medabots g and ax).

but this pushing your opponant around part gets  really annoying  in side scrolling beat em ups. not all of them mind you just ones that dont use hp and have you  collect crap to win instead. i of course  refer to digimon battle spirets  2  as you cant just beat the living crap out of your opponant. you have to force him to eject blue balls instead and collect more then the red balls hes collecting out of you and pick up crystals to use your super attack. it gets mading  when you cant pass through him when he is knocked down as if you forget  you cant you push hm into the  stuff your trying to get  keeping you from getting it. and you dont stay knocked down long in that game no  they are right back up  quik to punnish you for the mistake. so ya wtf

N64 Ripping Assistance

Well I have a feeling I've expressed a desire to rip some stuff from N64 tiles on this site before, though when I was suggested to use a texture/sprite extractor, it only extracts what's present on-screen and it extracts to a "private" folder, i.e. one that's hidden by the system and I can only access by trying to save/load a file elsewhere.

I'm looking for something that would allow me to directly view all the textures (and thus, all the sprites as well) present in a ROM without having to load the game I want to rip in an emulator.

Hello,

I'm trying to rip the 3D models from Nicktoons Racing for the PC. 
I found them on the CD-ROM and they are in .WAD format, so I then tried to export a model in .obj with Noesis, but it can't recognize the format!

I'd like to have some help, please, it's my first time ripping models from a game.

Help: MvC3 Zero Model Not Opening

I am admittedly new to playing with models, so the problem may very well be mine, but I wanted to be sure, or get some feedback. I am trying to use the Marvel vs Capcom 3 Zero Model on the site: http://www.models-resource.com/other_systems/marvelvscapcom3/model/2684/ However after downloading and unzipping the file, I cannot get the .obj file to successfully open in Maya 2015.

At first I thought maybe the models just don't work with Maya, or may be hit or miss, however I attempted to open the Zero (Alt) file, the Zero model as X, and that one worked just fine. So am not sure if I am just unlucky in this one particular model, or if something with the file is bad. Any help would be appreciated!
