Placement Question

So I've managed to rip the only 3D character in Persona 4 Ultimax.  I can't figure out his actual model data, I just have the textures... at least at the moment.

Is it okay to put those textures on tSR?  It seems a little silly to start a game section at tTR (or even on tMR if I figured out the mesh), just for a single file.

Hello. I'm trying to rip the Skies of Arcadia map models from 'Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed'. The Delphinus model looks too sexy and I must have it. Where should I start by ripping them? I have a Steam copy of the game and in the data folder I see these files.

Those 'GameAssets' files look really tempting to me. How could I open these files? I've been searching for hours but to no avail.

I ripped a model from crash bandicoot 2 (The Scrubber aka Scrubbing Bubbletron) and when I try to render I get ether no vertex color or no texture so I cant win, also I tried opengl rendering but the it make the texture invisible in some areas and it just looks bad

So, I actually got Blender working on my laptop, and didn't kill it in the process!  Yay!

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to use it.  When I imported an .obj file from this site into it, I got the mesh, but no texture on it.  Is there a guide somewhere on how to use this?

Hi everyone!

I just registered here to ask this question, so I hope this is the right place to ask! If not, please excuse me.

I'm currently working on a video project in which I battle with some Pokémon. I am 3D-tracking the models into the scene, but have never worked with ripped models before. Now, I've got some trouble with the Bulbasaur model. The textures are not showing up properly, and I really don't know how to work with the multiple textures in 3DSMax.

I hope some of you might be able to help me! I'll put a special thanks to you in the video description.

Transparency map in Blender

I have a some models that are supposed to be partially transparent. There is a texture included from the game that I think is supposed to be a transparency map. Here it is:

I've tried hard to rip it, but my computer crashes and burns trying to rip it (don't get a laptop core i3, kids).  I'm specifically trying to get Itsuki Aoi and his Carnage Form, but to no avail. Can anyone rip it for me?

Hello, I follow the website since a lot of years ago and I decided to make a account (mainly to put comments xD )

Well, I read the rules already so instead of request sprites I want to offering my help.

I have practice in Photoshop so, I was expecting if I could help the person ripping the sprites of M&L Paper Jam.
I really want Paper Mario sprites of the game and looks like nobody is interesting in doing it, so maybe I could do it Big Grin

Sadly I don't understand the process to decryted files so maybe someone at least could send me the resources files, that way I can make some sprites manually. I looking for the battle/character cards mainly, so maybe I could start by doing the battle cards one by one.

I search for a topic about it and I know there is one, but I don't want to post there until I say what are my intentions here.
I hope this post accomplishs with your rules and I want to apologize for my grammar, I don't speak english very well ^^;

I really feel uncomfortable asking this, as I'm afraid of getting myself into trouble; but I do have some submissions that have been sitting around for a good month now without approval. I gave proper credit where applicable, the upload destinations are correct, it was stated that icons are optional (I would have done some myself, but I have no program that can create transparency); so, does it normally take this long for approval?

I'm aware that messages would be sent for rejected submissions, having read so in one topic; and I only ask this since I saw another topic regarding a custom background that had since been approved and put up.

Is there a priority issue for submissions lacking icons, or something else?

Again, I don't want to come off as demanding or entitled or anything like that.

So what should I rip first? I've got all of the firmware, apps, extra data, and more all decrypted and dumped. It's also a 10.5 dump so the newest features and content will be available.

namco museum soundfont wanted

hello,
I noticed it is possible to rip all the instruments out of the psx namco museum games. I was wondering if someone could compile these instruments into a GM compatible soundfont. Namco's sound chip has not been represented in soundfont form yet, which is a shame since it is so iconic.
P.S. I also would like a gm soundfont made out of instruments from the ps2, saturn or dreamcast.

Custom Ashley Winchester Model (Wild Arms 2)

Just recently, I decided to make a 3D model of Ashley Winchester, the main protagonist of the PlayStation RPG, Wild Arms: 2nd Ignition. I wanted to make this project a piece-by-piece one, starting from the legs/pants, and I wanted to do it in a polygonal style similar to the Kingdom Hearts games.

I know it's not perfect, but I try.

My biggest worries are how the head and textures (if I get to them) will look. Can't decide if I want a low-poly head or a high-poly one. My goal was to make it useful for 3D animation programs like Source Filmmaker. I may do his bayonet ARM later on, but for now, I am focusing on the model parts.

What do you people think?

First off... i'd like a script to be made for this game, just so that we can unpack the .apak files and get the bfres files within them (saw them via hex along with GTX, they can also be found inside the char.cpk also). Here's a couple that i took from the map.cpk file, but character.cpk file wont unpack with ANY cpk unpacker, so ill add that file here later when its done uploading!

tool i used for map.cpk was CriPakTools-master, other cpk tools did nothing and gave errors.

update:
it seems like the cpk unpacker i used messed up the .apak files... im not really sure if it did or not, but soneek told me it most likely did, so if any1 can get the char cpk unpacked, then it'll also work for the map.cpk file also since those are the only 2 CPK files that wont unpack with any tool.

N64 Ripping Issues

Hello,I'm trying to rip T.T.'s model from Diddy Kong Racing to 3D Print it for a Custom Amiibo,but I'm having issues,I have searched and searched for hours for a solution but have not found a solution.

I use Project 64 and Lemmy's Ripping Video Pluggin,I did everything correctly,and yes I have the VRML folder in C:,right when I select "Export VRML" in Video Pluggin Setting,the emulator stops and I get a "CN64System:RunRSP Unkown Memory Action Emulation Stop" error,I have to close the emulator in order to get it working again,I've tried using different versions of the game,trying different games etc,trying using different versions of the emulator etc. with no luck.

I tried 1964 too and have similar issues,when I select the "Export VRML" option there,the emulator video freezes (And sometimes the screen goes black),but the sound works and I'm still able to control the game,and no files appear in the VRML folder.

Does anyone know why this happens?Is it the emulators I'm having problems with?Or is it my computer?I am on Windows 10,thanks in advance.
