codes to help rip colosseum gba players

First, put in any of these cheat codes to allow swaping player models during, the main game battles. As far as I could find there is no way to get out of game gba models unless you use vuisual boy advance m and, link that game with a gba bios . So to save stress just use these cheats below.  I provided a image to prove yes it does work.



First, I saw your post so here's a easy way to get the models . Put in the cheat below pending if you wanna get the hoenn or, kanto models.

 Gba 1 is hoenn and, gba 2 is kanto . Players code that should be in xx 01 is we 02 should be brendon 03 is May 0A should be Grenn while 0B should be Ash. The codes will swap the player Wes or, Rui pending wich code is used  during battle.

 So hope these codes help you with getting the models. I'd rip them but, 2004 hardware isn't good with this kind of ripping.  Just heads up putting 02 in xx is the hoen male Brendon, 03 is the hoenn girl May, 0A should be Kanto Green, 0B is Red. You could use these codes in Xd gales of darkness if you wanna dump models from that game to .

 Since I'm pretty sure they shaire the same codes. Just swapped Wes with Machael. So I hope this helps pokemon gamecube ripers out.

I just heard about this odd SNES game for the first time through the "Continue?" show. The game is so bizarre, but the sprite work is really interesting. I was going to capture them, but the background color bleeds into the sprites.
Could anyone get the main character ripped? I'd appreciate it!

Need help with exporting OBJ files

I've been very impressed looking at the models on this site, but found it difficult to get them to work at all. 

I'm trying to export models to the MDX format for a Warcraft 3 mod. I have gotten to the point where the obj works in Neosis. At this point it looks like this, after following the guide here: https://www.vg-resource.com/showthread.php?tid=19706

Now is where the serious problems begin, as I open it in Milkshape, the program that is used to export to MDX and as far as I know the only program that exists for this purpose.

This is the common problem with all models, when I open them in Milkshape the materials are all messed up and the model ends up without any textures. Like this one. I am not optimistic about Milkshape being able to handle porting any file to MDX already, so I wanted to ask for help from anyone who is familiar with porting these models to other programs that might help? Any pointers would be very much appreciated.

Trying to rip from old game. Any ideas?

I want a few models from an old obscure mmo that (I'm pretty sure) predates WoW. It was a horrible game called Oz World, but I have a lot of fond childhood memories of that game.

I've gone through the tutorials for ninjaripper to no success. I just get a "log" when I try to take a screen cap. 

I could do some pretty cool things with it if I could just get my hands on the obj files of my character. Ultimately, I'd like to get the OBJ files with applicable texture maps that I could bring into maya and rig it up for use in VrChat. (I'm a huge VR nerd and I want to walk around as the avatar that first held my current username.)

Any ideas how I can go about ripping a model from this game?

I've ripped a couple models from Pokémon Duel, and I've received several PMs asking how I did it. Well, I've decided to share. I have a rooted Android device that I used to obtain the assets. I've compiled an archive of the 3D model assets, which is available here:

Model Archive

The game is Unity-based, and the models are stored in the .unity3d format. To convert these models to an uploadable format, you must use Unity Assets Bundle Extractor, which can be found here.

How to convert:

1. Open Assets Bundle Extractor

2. Go to File>Open and open your file.

3. Decompress to the location of your choice.

4. Click on Info.

5. A new window will open listing all the assets in the file. Look under Type and find all assets labeled "Mesh."

6. Highlight them and click on Plugins on the side.

7. Highlight "Export to .obj," click OK and export to the location of your choice.

8. Look under Type and find all assets labeled "Texture2D."

9. Highlight them and click on Plugins on the side.

10. Highlight "Export to .png," click OK and export to the location of your choice.

11. Apply textures to the model using the program of your choice (I use Blender)

That's about it.

Why are tile rips rarer than character sprites?

Apologies if this is in the wrong section, didn't really find one for general 'sprite ripping discussions' here.

But either way, does anyone know why this is the case? Why sprite websites seem to mostly have character sprites and animations rather than tiles and backgrounds?

Because if you go on Spriter's Resource, Mario Fan Games Galaxy or any other such site, the vast majority of submissions are character related. This is the case for both rips and customs, and extends as far as general 'indie game art' sites like Open Game Art or what not.

So what's the reason for it? Do more people prefer ripping or drawing characters? Are characters and enemies easier to rip than tiles and backgrounds? Or is there some other reason I'm missing here?

Help with Smash Forge for Melee?

So, there's an app that can open and show Melee models with their joints and weighting, but I can't seem to get any kind of usable export.

Is there anyone that would be able to help with this? If a flow can be found, we can completely overhaul the Melee section with full models direct from the files and easily posable.

The deal at this game is to made an sequel to Megaman Battle Network Chrono X the sprites are made by me. New characters an new city is coming Greystone City is the City where some of the new characters lives.

Story.

It is months after Chrono X. Dr Ultimus an friend of Dr Wily has created an very powerful Net Navi that has destroying the net. Called Omega At the time of Yuichiro lab there alert and Yuichiro is Kidnapped when Haruka never heard. Lan is reading an book When Megaman is in the Ultimate PET as Megaman say's that Haruka's television doesn't work with virusses Lan is helping this at the evening. When as the television is repared. Haruka say's to Lan to go to sleep. Later as Lan wakes up Haruka say's that his father is kidnapped. Lan comes on time on school. He saw an green haired boy with rain jacket that are bullied by 3 high school boys. Lan say's stop and the boys are leaving. Lan helps him and his name is Takaki. Also he has an PET and is the childhood friend of Megaman. Called Tornadoman. As lan is go to school. Takaki comes on the class as new classmate. Lan is very happy and Takaki is very happy at this school.

Hello, VG Resource members!

I've actually been using models resource for a long time and thought it would be fun to post here and meet other fans.  The models I got here helped me learn Blender which allowed me to create and edit some of my own.  I truly have a lot to thank you for.

One of the things I would love to do is share some of my custom and edited models by uploading them, although being new, I don't quite know how this is done.  Any information on this subject would be most welcome.  Anyway, it's great to be here!  I look forward to posting with you.

I need help to extract/open .awb files. Does anyone know any way how to do that? But except QuickBMS because this program changes original names of files after extracting ( i don't know why). Zirothos could rip sound files with their original names

I'd like to put the sprites that are already not in spritesheets into spritesheets and if anyone has the sprites ripped, a download link would very much be appreciated!
EDIT: And before you recommend ripping tools, I do not have the game and currently possess no way to get it.
