Extracting ETC1 textures from .BCH

Hello, just a heads-up: This is a cross-post from the Spriter's Resource Ripping Help forum. I'm not doing this to get more views, I just realised later that the problem might be more to do with the models' format and the ripping tools than the textures themselves.

Anyway, I've got character models from Zelda: Tri Force Heroes in .BCH, but the textures end up mostly-transparent when extracted using Ohana3DS. They're actually 100% transparent in some spots, so when I edit them and rebuild the game, they show up with black spots. The transparency seems to be tied to the pixels' brightness; darker areas in the textures are more transparent. Screenshots & stuff are in the link above.

(Edit: On a 2nd look, it seems more like the transparency is tied to saturation.)

Ohana3DS is saying the textures are encoded with ETC1(A4), but my theory is they're actually ETC1, which doesn't support transparency, and Ohana3DS is misreading them. I'm thinking this is the case because there's no need for the textures to have transparency, and some of the models even contain black & white alpha textures for certain parts.

So does anybody have some tips or knowledge that could help me extract these textures properly, perhaps with a hex editor? I may need some actual ETC1-encoded image files to study the structure so that I know WTF to do in the hex editor. Maybe you know of some other games that use ETC1 encoding that I could get some textures from? Thanks for any help...

This morning, when I attempted to connect to the site, I noticed that a lot of pages were bringing up an SQL error. It was only after refreshing a bunch of times that the pages finally loaded.

ripping models from "Pro Yakyu Spirits A" mobile game??

Konami recently launched a new mobile app game called "Pro Yakyuu Spirits A" for Android and Apple devices; a Japanese baseball simulator game. I honestly don't know anything at all about ripping items from certain mobile apps, be it Android or iOS, but I'm wondering how I would go about ripping any of the stadiums, player and mascot models, et al from this game.

I'll be opening these! I'll be needin' sum' funds for stuff.

Here are the rules:
-It can be either an existing character, or an OC you happen to have.
-To keep with the low poly form, I'll limit the polygons depending on the character.
-I can make thicc, but won't post the result here.
-I'll only use 5 32x32 textures. Depending on the look, I might use up 16x16 textures for the smaller details if there's some limit left.
-In WIP, I'll send a screenshot for the process.
-Once done, I'll send in an OBJ version and a Sketchup 8 version of the model.
-If the character's WAY too detailed, I might not be able to make em'.

Dreamfall files ripping

Has anyone tried ripping the files from Dreamfall: The Longest Journey onto this site? I have tried this: http://oezmen.eu/gameresources/files/dreamfall.zip and another .pak extractor for the game only gives me small results with the textures and such, but I want the sound files first. I AM FRUSTRATED!!! Can you help me please?

I've been trying to rip the models and textures from the Toybox demo, but for some reason, the models seem to be deformed with weird armatures, and the textures can't be properly seen and they glitch when I try to convert them.

UPDATE: I could export the models properly (somehow) but the textures are still unreadable. All that it shows is a pitch black image. (Can't even be viewed on the Unity Viewer/Disunity/Unity Assets Explorer)

Majora's mask N64 South clocktown

Hey, I'm looking for someone who could rip all of south clocktown from Majora's mask N64(Gamecube port would work too) so I can attempt to import it as a stage in SSB 3ds.

I already tried with the 3ds model which would have been ok but there were too many large textures.

To be more specific here's everything I'm looking for:

All of the south Clocktown textures
The entire base model of south Clocktown
All of the extra details/parts not attached to south Clocktown (On the 3ds some parts like the clock on the clocktower and such we're separate from the base. IDK if it's that way for the N64 version though).

I do not need:

Any of the people/creatures/animals that are in south Clocktown

None of the models need to be lined up or any of that, I can take the time to do that on my own.

So, I used unxwb and the .wav files are extracted from the .xwb files from this game, but the .wav file can't play with some audio player I have like Winamp.
How do I correctly convert those extracted files?

Can some one either rip the forest of hope for me or help me do it? I want an obj of it, whenever i try to rip it, i find a .map file, and i can't find any way to convert it. Can any one help?

Is it wise to submit sound files in non-English speaking languages? I mean it might be for the sake of foreign people who come to this site. The only files I know of that are in Arabic are in The Last Express.

Hello folks.

Ever since I started downloading these off the web I've been trying to figure out how to extract the assets from them. I can still play them on Internet Explorer but I have no way of ripping them on it.

I have tried to utilize a program called DirOpener but it's so ancient that it can't run on my Windows 10 computer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

King Kong ripping files

Okay here we go, the files for sounds, maps and textures from Peter Jackson's King Kong the Game are in a .bf format, the type used by Ubisoft for the Prince of Persia games which means that it runs on Jade engine. I've tried to use Persian Rug and while successful, I don't know where they go. And BF Extractor, I found one but it does not seem to be doing me any good since nothing happens while getting the listing.

I've been trying to rip the demo game textures by using Unity Studio, but none of the textures can be viewed properly, they're completely black. All of them. How do I fix this?
