I've been trying to find out how to properly rip from this game but not much turns up for lzs decompressors/extractors when it comes to the 3ds. Can anyone help me out?

Lightseekers Awakening Ripping

Heya everyone. Figured I'd make my first foray into the wonderful world of model ripping by taking the models from Lightseekers Awakening! It's a Unity-based game so it shouldn't be too horrible.

I'll probably just export whatever I find, but my aim's to get all the Tyrax models first.

Any help is appreciated. Hopefully I'll make some progress!

So far I've found all the material files, so I'll keep those on hand in case someone can do a better job at getting the actual models.

EDIT: Models have been located! I'll get ripping!

EDIT: I have almost every single model, texture, material etc in my sweaty little paws, but I can't seem to get them together properly. I'll upload some of them anyway and see if one of you fellas might be able to fix it. Might be UVs because the textures aren't working properly.

TOOLS I'M USING
-DevXUnity Unpacker Pro version
-Blender

NOTE: YOU WILL NEED 3DS MAX, VUE OR VRAY TO OPEN THE MATERIALS

Here's some of the character models I've got so far. Inside is a model (obj), texture (png), and presumably a material file (mat). No bones, but I CAN ACCESS THEM! I just don't know what file format they're in.

EDIT: Added more models. Also noticed that quite a few assets are missing for some reason. It's definitely not a version issue because it was the latest version of the apk I got. IDK, if someone can have a look using a different tool they might find some of the missing stuff (Lots of NPCs, Treanu, Zilia, some variant enemy textures, the levels). Might have a look at the XAPK to see if they're there.

EDIT: Can't get the OBB open, SystemOutOfMemory Exception. Might need an ipa file or a different program.

EDIT: Added some more models. All heroes except for Elara are available. She has a mat, which probably has her texture, but there's no standalone texture that I can find as of yet.

Disney Think Fast inf/wad

So, having seen this being played via YouTube, I think this just might have some decent models in it, and so I've picked up the ISO.

Already extracted the contents, and there seem to be a .inf/.wad pair for where the models are likely located. Viewing the .inf with a text editor shows a list of filenames, and some with very familiar extensions (.pac, for example, though it may not be like Brawl's, even if it does have .thp movie files).

Anyone looked into this title yet?

Edit: After looking at a small .inf (global.inf), I've noticed the following:
- There also seems to be some kind of data at the front of the file, maybe offsets and lengths, and some data at the end beyond the filenames, which just goes in sequence from 00 to what seems to be the same number of files named.
- The first few sets of 4-byte numbers appear to be:
-- 00000000 (start of something?)
-- .inf File Size (bytes)
-- Number of files in .wad
-- Pointer to start of something
-- Offset of name start byte pointers (uh... okay?)
-- Offset of file ID numbers? (starts the sequential 00000000, 00000001, etc. at the end of the inf)

Need Help: Getting Sprites

Hey guys,

some of you may already know, there is a Saber Rider game coming out in the future: http://www.saberridergame.com/
They released a demo for diffrent platforms (PC, MAC, SegaDC) and i would love to work with the sprites they used in the first level.

The way i got SNES sprites in the past was by screenshot. I disabled all layers using my emulator and editing the screenshot in Photoshop.
Maybe thats a bad way to get sprites, but its the only way i am capable of and it worked pretty well so far.

Right now i want to get the sprites of the Saber Rider Demo and i dont have any experience with a Dreamcast emulator. I tried NullDC, but couldnt find any option to turn off the layers to get a clean screenshot. Right now it seems impossible for me to get the sprites without going deep into the ripping and code manipulation process, so i would like to ask for help. Is there any easy way to get these sprites the way i got all my other ones? Did anybody already ripped them?

Hello, VG Resource! My name is Nooga and I'm new to ripping, but when I got an undying determination to rip Lightseekers assets, I decided I'd finally join! I like to play video games and draw stuff, though ripping Unity games is giving me a bit of a high right now.

Thanks for having me, and hopefully I'll be of some value to this community!

BTW, where do I go to submit? I've got a lot of Lightseekers textures that are ready to be uploaded (models aren't far off but I need someone to flip the UVs) and I'd love to see them on the site!

Ripping new champions from League of Legends

Using Wooxy I've successfully ripped many models from League of Legends, but it seems that Riot Games has changed something to prevent ripping the new 3d models of the newest champions. 

Ornn is the most recent champion and unlike any other, when I extract his folder it just gives empty folders or with his splash art.
(If you have the Public Beta Environment (PBE) installed you can also try this on the Evelynn Remake)

I've already tried other extractors but don't have any success. 
I can't find a way to get the *.skn, *.skl and even the *.dds of Ornn or the Evelynn Remake on PBE. Anyone here can give me any help?

Custom Sprites (Looking for feedback and criticism)

I am still practicing making custom sprites and am still wet around the ears. I made a handful of creatures (Wolves, Bears, Boars, and even a Domestic Pig) and now I feel like I should revisit them to see if I can do them better within the same constraints of a 32x32 sprite area. I redid the Boar first. I have a before and after, but am not sure how I like the front face of the new boar...any feedback, suggestions, or otherwise would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. (Will be posting my creations here for now on.)

I managed to extract the data from LINKDATA.bin with the script from Aluigi, but I don't know what to do next Thinking

Pocket Morty android game texture ripping

hi, i am trying to rip the textures and 2d models from the game pocket morty for android.
im currenly using DevXunity for data extraction.
and i cant seem to get te textures in a legitable format.
Some of them looks fine but others have all the alpha colors ruined.
can any one help me in how to rip the textures from the game?.

Need help find very specific sound files

I'd like some help finding some sound files from No More Heroes, maybe the squeal and PS3 re-release as well. There are a number of sound effects that are very well hidden within the games files and I can't seem to find them on my own and even if I could I don't think they'd be as easily converted as a .brstm

Ripping zoids battle legends

I have been trying to rip models from Zoids battle legends, but the models come out warped, when I use 3d Ripper DX. I saw this post: https://www.vg-resource.com/thread-21383.html but it didn't seem to say how to avoid or fix  stretching and skewing.

Some one else who saw what I was working on managed to fix the model, but it was a process at the least. does anyone know how to rip models form a game in dolphin and import to blender in a way that keeps them intact?

I'm having site trouble.

Ok, so my issue is that I cannot log into the site. Every time I click login it takes me to a page where it says, "click here to return to the site you logged in from" then redirects me right back to the same page without logging me in. Obviously I am logged in on the forums and my info is the same, I believe, for both forums and site. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to help me? Thank you in advance.

Kendotlibero and I have been working getting the graphics from the game before the servers were totally shut down. He sent me the link to this which has both the original apk but also the installed files unpacked and renamed all the relevant graphic files to removed the "._gz" even tho they are not compressed.

I'm working on getting the monsters organized which won't be easy as there are references to enemies that don't have corresponding sheets and may have been palette swaps. It also doesn't help that there is no guide I can find so most of this is based on blind luck.

Just putting this here to give an idea what the graphics look like.
