So basically, I got a method to extract the data from Tomotoru, but now I have another problem-

Everything's in this format. I found little to no information when looking it up, and the only results I really found were for completely unrelated formats... so I have no idea how I can open them. Judging by the size of the files and the fact that these are the only things in the directory besides the opening movie, I think they might be similar to Unity asset files, as in being archives for all the assets. Simply converting them to .zip files doesn't work, though. But this json that was also in the folder makes me think it could be something else? I'm just kind of clueless.

I doubt that anyone would know about these things, considering there's no info online, but any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Kingdom Hearts Re:coded ripping issues with Tinke

Yesterday, I attempted to use Tinke to rip the sprites of Kingdom Hearts Re:coded to get the sprites from Avatar Kingdom because they're cute.  However, when I attempted to open the game (a .nds file), I received this error:

Could anyone who's experienced with Tinke help me?

Menasor's .wmb file keeps coming out broken.

So I've been porting Transformers Devastation models to Source, but every tool I've tried on acquiring Menasor has yielded the same result.

Most models come out fine, a few come with one or two pieces corrupted, Menasor here's got it worse, and he's the last major Transformer outside of the generic minions.

So if anyone has an updated .dat extractor (or any general)that is capable of ripping recent Platinum Games files without it looking like this, that would be appreciated.

Ratchet and Clank trilogy ripping?

Heya fellas

So the Ratchet and Clank games have been getting a bunch of models uploaded, which is awesome, but it's started to slow down again. I'd like to help with that, but I've had no luck ripping from the HD trilogy or the originals.

I tried Ninja Ripper for the ps2 games which as expected, resulted in an extremely deformed mesh that Blender can't seem to open correctly (noesis works but again, extremely deformed). Basically unusable.

I've tried to use the mesh extractor that the other Ratchet rippers here use for the HD trilogy, but I can't seem to get at the ".ps3" files that contain the models. I have the game, have ripped, opened and verified the iso file so it's in a decrypted folder format (I must emphasise, THIS IS MY OWN, PHYSICAL COPY OF THE GAME), but I can find nothing but sound files, cutscenes and the occasional picture. I've asked the other active ripper here for help, and one that may have some good rips on the Ratchet wiki, but nobody answers me and it's incredibly frustrating.

From what I could find, one of the other rippers said something about being in possession of the engine files, which I can't find because nobody put instructions on the internet on how to get at it. Do I need to crack open the eboot.bin somehow? How do I do it? WHERE. ARE. THE. MOBYLOADS!?

Please help me, I really want to get Ratchet 3's weapons on here, among other things.

Orthographic renders

Can someone please make an orthographic render of the Ghost ship from Phantom Hourglass? And I mean the following views: Top(dorsal), Bottom(Ventral), Left(port),Right(Starboard),Front(fore),Rear(aft). I need it as a point of reference for a project.

No shading, completely flat, similar to how it looked in the Game (also flat and no shading).

If you are going to ask me why i cant just simply do it myself, My laptop cant run modelling programs such as Autodesk 3DS Max. I can run blender but i have no idea how make a flat shadeless render that isn't dark.

Sorry, I'm a noob at this. i need all the help i can get. This is so frustrating.

While searching for more assets I could use for Dokkan Battle, I found this link, which has both US and Japan version assets for the game.

Blender problems i need soled

Given the absence of the hemi lamp in my version of blender, I had to resort of using a No shadow Emission shader to get the flat rendering i needed. Unfortunately I have a new problem. The Transparency is lost

The Shader causes the transparent backgrounds of some of the texture maps to become opeque with solid black background filling the void. I need help on this because i dont know how to restore transparency. it's not like this in the 3d viewport

I've been checking the models for Smash Bros. Ultimate to see if anyone has ripped Hero yet.I've been waiting patiently for months and still am today.I was hoping that someone would rip him sooner.I know time and effort it takes to rip a model but I just want someone to at least rip him please.


I expect it to have all four heroes,normal and alt. color palettes for them,rig,and most importantly,time and effort.This should be at least done in more than a month.

Project Green : A New Fangame, built from the ground up, aiming to set the bar higher than ever before.
Project Green is an odyssey-like fangame, featuring Luigi as the protagonist, with multiple new and diverse worlds to accompany the green hero on his way to glory.
It will feature everything a normal, full fledged game has, from story, full worlds, bosses, and an impressive amount of moons to fit.
The game dev team features a few musicians to provide an original OST, as well as a concept artist. Everything else is run by me, Snarf.
The base project has been restarted multiple times over 2 years (current dev time about 8 or more months),
but has been only for the greater good of the project itself- here are some pictures of the current state of the project.

Hi all,

First, sorry for my english, it's not my native language.

I have problems with UModel. I searched on the web but I haven't found a solution or tutorials that can help me.
1 - I unpack UModel in Steam and I run it.
2 - A "CookedPCConsole" folder is created with upk. Nice.
And (this is where it gets complicated) : 
3 - When I want to export or open a file I have a "wrong tag in package" error.

The question is how to exploit .upk? Can someone help?
