DDR bin models extraction help needed

Hi, can some-one please help decompile the Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Part 2 Wii models and motion data? The files are in bin files. I compiled the models with motion data bin files here: https://www.mediafire.com/file/ooyld8yp1...s.zip/file

  If anyone can decompile the models and motion files. I'd greatly appreciate the help. I'll propp;y post the DDRHP 3 files if anyone can extract the models and motion files. I wanted to port some of the models for mikumikudance . So I don't know what format the game uses for  motions to be converted in vmd.

How do I rip models from Sonic Free Riders?

This is my first time posting on this forum, so I apologize for any errors.

I'm attempting to rip Sonic Free Riders for the XBOX 360, specifically the level geometry/models for Metal City. When I tried extracting the ISO using somski's XBOX 360 ISO Extractor, it produced a 1.67GB folder (nowhere near the 7.39GB the ISO takes up) that contained a bunch of files with no extension, a XEX file, a XMPLR file, a BE file, and a few folders containing sound files and the intro movie. I also tried extracting the ISO using the extractor included in the Sonic '06 Toolkit, but it produced the same result.

I searched the forum for any other posts about this, and the only one I found was from 2013 about loading ENO files, of which I can't find. I'd usually use a "Screencap" program to rip the models from an emulator, but no emulator for the XBOX 360 has Kinect support. I know it must be possible to rip the game models, as there is a Sonic model from the game on TMR.

If anyone needs to see the files I extracted, I've uploaded a few of them to my Google Drive.

Don't know how to put in models into Blender.

Yes, I did try googling it. It only gave me tutorials on either other websites or not up to date.
Yes, I did try tinkering with the edit mode.

Please. Don't bully me if there's an easy solution. I'm new to this kind of thing.

SMM2: Can't find some of 3DW's models

Some of 3DW's models (the pipes, both normal and glass variety, and conveyor belts, to be specific) aren't in their usual place. I looked in 3W_Model.pack, as well as all of the 3W_Field_xxx.Nin_NX_NVN.zs files, but I can't find them. Does anyone know where they are?

[EDIT] Never mind, they seem to be in StaticModel.pack

Rouge's model (there is only 1)
Espio's Model (there is only 1)
Jet's Model (there is only 1)
Cream's Model (there is only 1)

NOTICE: all of these models have to be open-able through Blender. If you have a model that is ripped but not compatible for Blender, please change it so it can be opened through Blender.


These models also must have their textures and bones

Hiya everybody, I was thinking of joining to this project or maybe be in a part of the game. I don't know.
But I wanted to be a playable character.

However I haven't got my move-set or sprite sheet yet.

But so far I've tried to do a first attempt on making my character sprite:

I'm a web developer by trade who grew up playing FFVI-VII-VIII-IX-X, Legend of Legaia, Alundra, Star Ocean Second Story etc.

A few weeks ago I saw a sale for RPG Maker MV on steam and picked it up. I didn't have much faith in the quality of game I could make with a piece of software I paid $30 for but after playing with it for a few weeks I'm finding out it's really a solid engine that's only limited by my knowledge of JS (did I mention I'm a web dev?). 

While I can handle pretty much all the programming tasks, there's the matter of... well, everything else that's involved in making a game.

I have a Google Sheet going with tons of ideas and world settings listed, as well as quite a few mechanics and how they could tie into the game world.

What I'm looking for is someone who can make quality pixel art (doesn't have to be professional by any means, this isn't a commercial project) and POSSIBLY offer some ideas for story, world building and mechanics. 

My expectations are realistic. I have a full time job and two young children. I'll probably be giving between 10-20 hours weekly to this project and I would have absolutely 0 expectations of you. Say you're interested, we'll link up, then make art and contribute to the project spreadsheet when you have time.

If I hit the jackpot somehow and you're an artist who ALSO programs, you're more than welcome to help out on game itself as well. You'd need to own RPG Maker MV software and I'll be using Git for source control.

[Pixel Art] help needed on hobbyist retro arcade port

I need help from pixel Artists / Rippers on a port of 1987 Capcom's Black Tiger/Dragon for NeoGeo and others retro platforms.
What tasks are needed:
phase 1: (original setup)
- ripping of the original arcade sprites
- re-coloring of sprites and tiles  on a NeoGeo constraints basis (more colors available but tile based)
- map editing (mainly entity posing and collisions)
 
phase 2 (extended setup)
- new sprites and maps designs and so on and so forth.
For all of this custom engine and tools of my own are used.


As far as the project is for hobby *only* and as it is a tribute to this great game, money is out of concern here,
Just to be clear about it ; once finished the project roms and binaries will be distributed freely into the wild.
Please also note that this is *not* an open source project though.
That's it, everyone that can handle any of the listed tasks can participate!

Hi everyone, 

I'm XltdFF, born 1986 from France (Paris at the moment). Originally a RPG Maker user (started with XP), I'm currently ripping RPGs starting from the old ones on NES (done Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest already, Glory of Heracles at the moment). I rip from screenshots, using VirtuaNES, but I tend to improve myself with layer technique (someday. ahah). Every hint is welcomed. I'm planning to rip all Dragon Quests, all FF NES/SNES, all Glory of Heracles, Fire Emblem, Breath of Fire, Tales of, Shining Force, Phantasy Star, etc. I would be glad to answer your responses. See u in the other side Wink Shocked Tongue

I'm starting a new thread where I'm showcasing my custom/edited sprites for now on. 

To start off, I chose to redo my previous attempt of spriting Sonic in a "Super 32X" style. (Which mainly used Rathernoicesprite's Sonic sprite). Instead, I chose redraw completely from scratch in a "Toei" like style from the Sonic CD cutscenes. Sonic still has the same color palette and lower body structure from Rathernoicesprite's Sonic sprite to give it the Super 32X look (It's the only sprite I'm going to use for a reference). I've also redrawed and modified a bunch of other Sonic characters similary in the same style also (Mighty and Tiara and they still pretty unfinished) and made a special color pallete for CartoonAnimate22's modified Sonic sprite too.

Need some help ripping Chef's Luv Shack .exp Files

I've asked on the discord, and while I have a sound file script for quickbms, I need help with extracting the sprites (and possibly the code included) from Chef's Luv Shack on Windows (these files also exist on the ps1 version, but the examples i'm posting are for the windows version). Just an extractor is fine, but if it's even possible i would prefer a quickbms script that would work with extracting and re-importing edited sprites if possible at all. No filetype recognizer sees this as a pre-existing file that isn't a format not meant for archives, and 7zip won't raw open it. If someone can figure this out, Here's an upload of the exp files for "Bad Kitty", the donkey kong minigame in the game.

I finally found the FAQ and got the code to be able to register my account, so I guess I should introduce myself to everyone.                       I am an Undertale fan! I found this site while looking for template Undertale sprites for my AU. I enjoy looking at the sprite sheets and seeing all the unused content. Deltarune is also one of my favorite games. My favorite character from Undertale is Papyrus, even though I prefer Chara mostly (what some people think. I only like them because they're easy to draw and have a sad backstory ;-Wink, and my favorite character from Deltarune is Jevil
