Recording SNES Gameplays for Spriting on ZSNES.

I'd like to use the ZSNES's movie option's featuring to record gameplays and then save them as .avi files so that I can easily extract the sprites on Jasc Animaiton Shop.

But the trouble is... I... don't know how.
