Need some help

Hi I was wondering how to rip from nds roms? I tried looking it up but all the guides/tuts I find are outdated and/or links dead for the programs.. or I could just be dumb and not know how to use the program..

I just want to rip from The World Ends with You.. but the JP voices instead of the EN!
