Need help with .nif files

Hello, i need some help with some files from a other game. (.nif = object & .kf = Animation)

The first thing is, i know that i need to use the NifSkope Plugin for 3DS Max or the NifSkopeManager.

Now my problem is, if i load an look the model in the NifSkope Manager it looks normal.

Now if i load it into the 3DS Max with the Nifskope Plugin:

It looks so in 3DS Max and not like in the NifSkope Manager.
and if i import the .kf (Animation)

then it is so that the Wings are not Moving correctly but the rest.

Also if i change the model view from the object, the black things are not displayed anymore but the the Texture is going over the Model.

I want to make it that it looks in 3ds max so like it looks in the NifSkope Manager (First Screen) and i dont know what to do, maybe someone already have done it before.
If i resave it with the Manager or export it into .obj it still looks so.
