Anyone successfully rip psx models?

Hey I am trying to rip some Crash Team Racing tracks and karts but I looked everywhere there is nothing except one person successfully ripped Crash Bandicoot from the original so if anyone knows and gives me a tutorial also including the textures

Also if anyone ripped Rockside Rumble with textures from Crash Twinsanity I would be happy
