PS2 hello kitty roller rescue - music extraction issue

im using MFAudio to extract the audio at my correct setup:

freq: 44100
offset: 10

the track is all there in perfect pitch, but every 1-3 seconds it seems to go back a second then carry on playing LOOP
why can this be?
how do i pybass this?
