How to handle voices that overlap musical jingles/other sound effects?

(I think this is the right place to post this...)

Howdy all. As some of you may be aware, I've been trying to rip assets from Steven Universe: Attack the Light. Aside from the graphics, I plan to submit the sound effects as well. Now, this seems as though it'd be mostly straightforward, especially considering the sounds are all conveniently labeled. Only trouble is, it seems that some of the voices and sounds are handled a bit strangely.

What I'm talking about is that, for example, as the title says, there are a few voice clips that are laid over top of/play within the same file as musical jingles and/or other sound effects. No separation or anything. Here's a few examples of what I'm talking about:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9520...%23240.wav
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9520...%23153.wav
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9520...0%2343.wav

First question, should I include ones that have musical jingles tied to them (gameover1.wav, stage secretroom1.wav)?

Second question, how do you think I should sort these? Especially considering that alexandrite.wav has more sound effecty content than actual voice.

Any thoughts are appreciated!

EDIT: Also while I'm at it, may as well ask to confirm: I take it I don't include stuff like this or this, right?
