Pokémon TCG

I have a deep love for the pokémon franchise dating way back, and having both collected the actual TCG once and played the original TCG gameboy game, I went back and looked at the pixel recreations of cards that were in the GB game. While also having a love for pixelart, being almost raised on the art and having dabbled in it myself many years ago, I felt the urge to...well...DO something with the original artwork.
So this is what I've made + a brief explanation:
Note: The Resistance and Retreat Cost icons are just placeholders, therefor the grey outlines. And I know the rarities doesn't correspond to the actual PKMN tcg, but the great part of making all of this is that I have complete freedom to make this as I want, while being 99,7% faithful to the real TCG, theres more than likely gonna be more "artistic freedoms" on my part

While this doesn't show alot of skill in the arts of the pixels, I also tried recreating the picture on this Charizard card:
In the same style of the gameboy recreations
And that turned out something like this:
I also made one with an outline, since that fits more with the style of the rest of the cards

Seeing as I haven't done pixelart since being a kid, I'm satisfied with how it turned out for the most part

Yeah sadly I'm the type of person who likes some feedback when doing something like this, which motivates me to continue and maybe even getting more people on board. Theres still tons to do with this, I've just made some of my first progress.

Which brings me to the last thing, I would love some collaboration on this, if anyone feels like recreating pokemon card art in the gameboy color style pictured above, or want to just bork around with this base, improving it, helping me making it better, I WOULD LOVE IT. I love people taking an interest and also if you are a programmer and you have as much affection for this stuff as I, hit me up I would love to make these cards actually playable on one way or another
