Ratchet & Clank Dr Nefarious ripping help

Hello! I'm trying to rip Dr Nefarious from R&C UYA . I know that it has been aleardy done by 00Demonboy00 but I need him in a particular stance, not the unnanimated one. I've beaten the game up to Dr Nefarious and managed to get a snapshot of him using the steps described in the ps2 ripping tutorial. Since the output file was too large 40mb I had to manually search for the parts. After I imported them I scaled him down by the y axis, then by the z axis although this didn't seem to fully restore his original shape although to the naked eye it may seem perfect he is still skewed a little by a custom axis. But the real problem occured when I started working with the textures. I figured I could use the textures provided on vg-resources. But something occured that wasn't covered in the tutorial. I thought in theory that each mesh has his own texture but it turned out that there were multiple textures assigned to the same mesh so I got stuck. Could someone help me figure out how to fix the shape and the textures as I am not looking forward to do it the hard way(which means translating every vertices from the unnanimated model into the animated one).
