Mobile- Gangstar Vegas .g4 files?

I found a file in this mobile ios game named "sounds.g4" and I have NO clue how to open. Any ideas? Here's the file:

Any information on how I could possibly decompile the file into the individual sound files, or any other leadway on how to view it would be great, thanks!
