Have you seen this model appear ingame? (harry potter 3)

this is a (firecrab statue) not to get confused with "fire crab"

personally ive only ever played the first 2 harry potter games full length on pc but never the third.

all i ask is if any of you have played the third harry potter game for pc have you seen this model occur ingame?
and if so, where? give me any context of what it does or what you know of it etc.
