I want J-Stars Victory VS Models for Blender Animations

I'm willing to pay anyone who can get me the models with its textures from J-Stars Victory VS and setup a mini-tutorial on how they did it.
Now this commission might be a little difficult.
From what I understand, after looking through this site, the models are compressed in some sort unknown file format. So no one so far has been able to get them properly. I cannot accept that! I want them to be free so that anyone can use these Jump characters in whatever project they what! They just need someone to show them the way.
The characters models I'm after is Medaka Kurokami.

It is not necessary to have them ready for blender. I just want the model with its textures but I will pay extra if you can. I don't know what the usual price rate for this kind of thing so I'm open for any price suggestions. Send me a PM to discuses the price for each character.
