Lets make bigger foods out of smaller foods!

So, i made this so i would have an easier life when it came to breakfast, it was pretty simple, and is non-specific to the vegetables and cheese you can use, for this i used the following food things:

Sausage meat, mushrooms, brocolli, cauliflower, cucumber, 5 eggs, mayonaisse, mustard, cheddar cheese, brie cheese, feta cheese, kerrygold butter and of course, paprika.

I'll explain it in the fastest, simplest way, because it is fast and simple.

I got myself a wok with some melted butter in it and started by browning my sausage meat, once it was brown i threw in the veg and just a bit of brie cheese, dont know if it made any difference, it just seemed liek the right thing to do. Once the sausage was cooked i put it, with the veg in a casserole dish, and moved onto my eggs.

I cracked 5 eggs into a bowl, added some mustard and mayonaisse, and mixed the shit out of it til it was smooth, then i added a handful of grated cheddar cheese(Oh yeah, i grated the cheddar cheese) and mixed it a bit more before pouring it into the casserole dish.

After that i topped it with the rest of the cheddar cheese, a bit of feta cheese on top, and then paprika, before putting it into the oven at 190 degress(Thats in C's, for all you people who use the F's, i believe its about 360, 365?) for about 20 minutes, before turning it down to 160 because i needed to cook the middle a bit more.

It was pretty nice and i got 4 more leftover for the rest of the week, so i'm hoping it'll be nice on other days.

This is another low carb dealio, which is to make my lunches easier, and it was also kinda easy, i was a bit more prepared this time around, and i used these foods:

Bacon, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, brocolli, cauliflower, spinach, 8 eggs, mayonaisse, (the smallest amount of) milk and butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika(obviously).

So, first things first i prepared all my veg, chopped and sliced and made a big ass pile, then, i fried my bacon, i used the wok again because i couldnt find my frying pan, but thats not the point. After my bacon was fried and crispy, i put it aside and then threw all my veg into the pan to cook in the leftover bacon grease(healthy i know).

After that i poured the veg into the tray, and worked on the whole egg situation. I put 8 eggs into a bowl, with the smallest amount of milk and butter, and a bit of mayonaisse, and this time i used the electric whisk to mix it, until it was suuuuper bubbly, then i added in some bacon bits and some grated cheese, then salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. i mixed it again, because that made sense.

I then poured it into the tray, and added the rest of my bacon, crumbled up, and a bit more cheese, then made sure it was evenly distributed, and covered the top with cheese and a little more paprika.

I then threw it in the oven at 170 for about 35 minutes, and checked it was done by stabbing the shit out of it and making sure nothing came out on the knife, you know the drill.

Anyways, it was pretty good and i got 10 slices out of it, was pretty nice
