[Blender] Exporting Vertex Animation to COLLADA

I'm about to finish up work on a Crash Bandicoot model, but depending on the answer to this next question I'll be spending a lot more time adding animation frames...
Has anyone here exported vertex animation to a Collada DAE before? I want to know if it's possible to convert shape keys to key frames to a COLLADA export in Blender.
