Shinobi arcade rips

Hi,

here are my ripping from Shinobi Arcade version (I made another posts on this subject some years ago but it is lost in the archives of the board ; since I made great progress since, I post another).

Let's begin by levels backgrounds, two layers for most levels (I used color #FF00DC for transparence, arcade seems to use some black)
