Coven and Labyrinth of Refrain .phyre files

I would really appreciate help figuring out how to get the image files, specifically the dialogue sprites, out of these game files. I don't really know what to do with this type though, I've tried googling it and tried some of the things I found but so far none of them have worked. There seem to be three main versions of the files; .phyre, dae.phyre, and dds.phyre, but I don't know which would be likely to have the sprites, or what to do to get them to a regular image format, preferably .png with transparency if possible. I uploaded a test file of each type if it helps.

If someone knows how to rip it for me I don't mind, but I'd really like to at least have it explained how it was done; I want to learn to do this stuff myself as much as I want to get the sprites.
