Earbud Problems

0

Hey people,

Of all the earbuds that I own, I find that they don't last very long. My earbuds either have unbalanced volume in the left or right side, or just no audio emitting from it. Are there things that I'm doing to the earbuds that can cause these problems to happen? I use a samsung earbud by the way.

Thanks  Wink

GDX Files

Hello! I'm back~
(I'm sure you're all pretty annoyed with me asking for help all of the time, so I apologize in advance).

Today, I was messing with files for Yatagarasu on the PC and was stuck on opening the .gdx files that the game mostly uses.

I looked around and tried Gams, but the file couldn't be read.

I also looked a bit more and found a thread about ripping the sprites with a program that one person called "Java Source Viewer with Eclipse."
(I couldn't find what he was talking about and I don't think I can link that thread since it's on another forum).

Here's a DL:

Thanks for putting up with me ^^

Help Ripping Sprites from Age of Barbarian?

Hello I've been looking all over the web for help on getting the glorious sprites from this game, unfortunately I'm not a sprite ripping expert.
I registered here just to ask.

I want to get all the sprites from the game Age of Barbarian Extended Cut.
http://store.steampowered.com/app/402880/

I've checked the game files and they appear to be .ccn files.

Can anyone please help me get these sprites? I really want to use them for my sprite based animations.

Thanks

Help Ripping the Battle Sprites from DB Fighting Climax Ignition

Hello, I need help with extracting the battle sprites from Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax Ignition (PS3), with a faster method than the one I know (Using hexadecimal editor). I know how to extract the files that contain these sprites, but there is no program to do it instantaneously, since all the files are in a container with extension ".pac," and I have to extract them one by one, making it very tedious.

Another problem is that the sprites come strangely, and the default colors are gray scale. In this way, the colors are applied by another separate file. In theory, a file with extension ".cg." The game is developed by French Bread, and in his other games, like Under Night in Birth, the battle sprites work with the same extensions.

Grateful that those with knowledge of hexadecimal and programming, help me with this.
For you can understand how these files work, I'll explain everything I know, and as accurate as possible:
1. Each character has its own container file (pac)
They contain not only the animations, but the whole operation of the character in battle. Everything you need to rip the sprites is here. It is assumed that only the following files are needed: Each sprite (in .dds.gz format, all separated) and file .cg
As a note, this container does not use any kind of encryption for files.
As an example, I'll use the character "Zero"
Files of this character are: Zer_s.pac ---------> Extraction using hexadecimal editor -----> Zer_s.dds.gz (20 sprites = 20 .dds.gz); Zer_s.cg

2. Extract the .dds.gz using, for example, winrar. You will extract a file '.dds.' You can transform it to .png using DDS Converter.
You should have something like this:

3. The sprite appears split in a strange way, and grayscale. Here, for all I know, enters the role of the file ".cg." According to this page (http://dantarion.com/2014/08/14/breaking...s-and-art/), this file contains information about how to build the sprite, and the color palette of the character. I don’t know if this also contains what colors replace the grayscale palette, but it’s possible.

4. From here, I will explain my method, which is the slowest, but at least it works. Using Photoshop, with a pair of tools, I replaced the colors in grayscale, by the original. But the process is with every color, one by one, and took me an hour and a half to do all the replacement, and for a single sprite. At least the result is satisfactory:
Original character:
Recoloured character:

5. Then, the reconstruction is handmade. Only took me 5 minutes.
Very good result, close to the original. But it carries hour and a half to do it. With a simple operation, rip sprites of "Zero" would take about 30 hours, who only has 20 sprites. The playable characters are about 250 sprites, which would take 375 hours to rip it. What I come to say with these mathematical operations is: a VERY tedious process.

I have nothing more to explain, so I will say that is what we should try to obtain:
1. Create a program that, at least, can automatically replace the grayscale colors by their original palette. The problem is that each character has its colors, then, you have to prepare a script for each character. Well, maybe someone has another idea or a program that does this function. Rebuild automatically the sprites is not so urgent than the color replacer.

2. A program that can extract the entire contents of “.pac.” At least, the .dds.gz files.
To help, I will share the files that are required:

http://www.mediafire.com/download/8w2ocbqncsvop9j/Zer_s.pac
http://www.mediafire.com/download/vbjbvr...5/Zer_s.cg
http://www.mediafire.com/download/b4ngmt.../Zer_s.dds

Thanks in advance to all those who try it. And if someone manages to create something that makes the two things mentioned before, I will rip all battle sprites.

The World Ends With You -Solo Remix- Help?

Hey guys!

I am very new around here. Basically made an account just to post this thread.

Basically, I'm trying to figure out how to rip sound files (or voice clips, or anything) from TWEWY Solo Remix.

I've been looking around, and haven't found a way to get at the files so far. There was a thread for something similar, but that was about ripping background images.
I tried to get some info out of it, but the files which that person seemed to have didn't match up with mine, and most of the links in that thread are dead now.

I have gotten myself both the .apk and .ipa of the game, but failed to get anywhere.

Any and all help would be immensely appreciated!

Love,
Eevee

I don't like doing this too often, but now I have to seek help for this. I've tried various forms of ripping from this game, and all have failed significantly. It seems the only option is direct extraction. However, before I can even get started looking at the model files, I need to figure out how to extract the main archive. I was hoping someone here could help me with this project, because I'm clueless when it comes to this sort of thing honestly. Can someone help extract the archive, and maybe we can figure out the models later?

If I can recall there could been another account but not sure but whatever, it's been I been here and done something for this place and I'm now here....well for years of no intro nor something to talk about.

I'm just an sprite lover and love to use sprite for them sprite comics and/or game projects and the one I'm doing will need Dr. Mario 64 Textures and I'm having issues of doing that with project 64 and wineskin.

So I'll just go by Prince Ashura or Captain Alexander on this forum so yeah I'm basically new on these fourms XD

Hey there, can anybody here help me out with ripping some models from the PS2 Avatar Last Airbender Games? There's actually kind of tools already out for them, but I haven't had much luck using them. Only getting so far with them. I tried messaging someone on the thread who was working on the tools, but his last reply was in 2012.

Here's a link to the tool page in case anyone's interested.

FFV PC Sprites

Hey, so I have a crazy ambitious plan to redraw the job classes from FFV in PSP format for use in the PC release. I'll admit that I don't have a lot of experience and started this as an art project to dive into pixel art. I never really intended to resprite the whole game, but I do want to challenge myself to get as far as I can.

Looking for any tips and feedback from folks here. My basic formula for updating the sprites has been to use a sprite from the PSP version of FFIV as a template. I'll recolor it to get close to what I want, then I'll add or reconfigure components (poses, hands, clothes, hair, etc) from other sprites. After creating a Frankenstein monster, I flatten the layers and do a lot of touchup work to blend and make sure the light source is hitting all the pieces in the same way.

At some point in the process, I hope to stop robbing parts from the FFVI library, but I'm just beginning. It's been a great learning experience, so any critiques or advice would be more than welcome. Here's what I've done so far in the past week. The first three are basically recolors. I'm not terribly happy with them, but I want to keep moving on. I feel like I've been getting better in my technique and more comfortable designing stuff without using a template, so I'll likely wait to revisit them until I get a little more experience.
Thanks for reading and please gimme some pointers!
