Translation, please?

I'm trying to use these reference images to draw from, but I can't read the notes and I feel like they could help.
I'm hoping to learn Japanese (or at least how to read it) eventually but for now I'd really like this translated.

Preferably, I'd like the translation layered over the image in the same places that the original text went.
