looking for free engine to make an 2-d game

l am currently looking for an free and very good engine I can use  to make an 2-d side scrolling platforming game  with some elements of attacking, open world and other things but I can't seem to find one that is 32 bit or free so I need help to finally find the perfect engine I can use for this project.

There are some models that I need from the following sonic games:

King Boom Boo from Sonic Runners ($60)
OR
King Boom Boo from Team Sonic Racing ($20)
OR
King Boom Boo from SA2 ($50) 

I do not need all 3 of these King Boom Boo models, I just need one of them. Although the Sonic Runners model and SA2 models are the most preferred

Blue Egg Pawn from Team Sonic Racing ($30)

Egg Fighter from Sonic Unleashed (also appeared in Generations) ($30)

Boom Boo from Sonic Lost World's Desert Ruins stage ($40)


NOTICE: all of these models have to be open-able through Blender. If you have a model that is ripped but not compatible for Blender, please change it so it can be opened through Blender.

These models also must have their textures

I will pay with PayPal for these wanted models, all I would need is your email/hotmail name so I can send it.

Fire Emblem: Thracia 776 map sprites

There's currently a dearth of places where Thracia map sprites can be found online. Wherever there are some, there are very few, and often only the playable (blue) sprites.

So, can anyone please rip this game's map sprites? From what I know, they're stored in-game as playable (blue) sprites, but we also need the palettes for enemy (red) and NPC (green) units. If those palettes could be found, I would recommend putting those in the sprite sheet in a similar way to how this site's FE6 and FE8 map sprite sheets are handled.

I've been using a model for a while in my renders that I converted from a Smash mod, but the model itself isn't made by me. I've been asked a few times about the model but never have any download for them other than the Smash mod it came from. If I were to reach out to the creator for permission, would I be allowed to upload it here with credit? Or do they have to make an account?

I've been doing a side project for learning purposes. I believe that nintendos methods/styles re really good for VR. I also wanted to see how well game play of one of my favorite titles translates to VR.

Sooo I started remaking Wind Waker in VR these pics are not the latest photos I have, but nothing super important has changed since I took these.

I'm experimenting with using seamless portals to make is so you don't have to transition to black screen to load levels or anything. I want one seamless experience. Not sure on the cut scene stuff so I will either need to take some creative liberties or have an out of body cinema cam.

This is my first time ripping a model from a game and I spend a lot of time using different rippers to see which one gets the best result, and now it's finally here. You can download it here (Comes with 3 textures, obj, mtl, dae, fbx, and rigging).

I'm unsure about the rigging (I didn't make it, it's ripped from the game and I feel like it should be fixed) and the scaling of the model. I would like to hear what you think.

Doom 3 Ripping help

So i ripped all the stuff out of the doom 3 pk4 files using Idtech4 file unpacker and when i checked the model folders i could only find the .TGA textures, no models to be seen. Am i stupid? Where would they be if not in models? Confused please help, Thank you.

Alright i'm dumb, it was all in a separate folder called md5 in the models directory, but now when i convert them to obj they look really low poly and blocky, also would like to know how to get the textures on the model thanks.

Hi I  hope this is the right place as I don't see a help section for Model help just model ripping.
I have just downloaded Blender and I have downloaded the Castlevania Judgment models from the Models Resource website and I wanted to know how to add the characters textures to the model and also how to pose them so they are not just T shaped , do you know where the best place to learn is ?

I have been looking but can't really find anything maybe I'm wording it wrong in my searches.

any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, this is my first post here, so I don't really know if this is the place to ask, but I really need some help with this.

I work with the group Elusive Fansubs, and we're translating the anime Kochikame. Anyways, we would like to translate the NDS game too. I've tried to extrat it with programs like Tinke, but it doesn't seem to work (it doesn't give me any files I can use).

If someone could help me extract all of the sprites, music and all of that (and then insert them back), it'd be great.

We really love Kochikame, but it's not really well known outside of Japan, so we really would want more people to know about it.

 Every model was added in psk format. However, the cat model has issues since, it's textures refuse to rip propperly. So, I'll rip the cat model from the Case Animatronics case file 2 with the other models later.

Feedback on Sonic Sprite please!

Hello everyone, I haven't really talked to anyone on here before, but I really want to get some feedback.

I made this sonic sprite, It's based off of the original sonic design from the box art for Sonic the Hedgehog, I believe.

The one on the left is the official idle pose, and mine is on the right.

I think feedback is one of the greatest ways of improving, I don't really know much anatomy at all, or prospective. *How do people learn prospective anyways?*

So I was wondering if any of you could give me some feedback on my sprite, and help me improve. Maybe even some tips on how to get better overall, I would love to get this sprite finished someday, but I can't do it without you all.

Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time PS3 .mes File Assistance

Hello. So I have been looking into getting the character models from Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time since the one user who knew how to do it had long since vanished.

Someone did make a script for ripping the .mes files, but only for the Vita version. It won't work with the PS3 version (which is higher in poly-count) and that's what I need help with. I have attached the Vita .mes and PS3 .mdl Noesis Python files as well as a PS3 .mes file sample to see if anyone can jerry-rig them into a .mes PS3-compatible Python file.

Spider-Man PS4 Suits

I'm looking to do some work with spider-man models, and would prefer to use the PS4 game's models. I haven't seen many PS4 model rips for one reason or another, so I'm just putting this out there.

If it's possible, I would prefer the Big Time Stealth suit.

Something I didn't notice on the My Melody model i'm trying to rip.

So, i'm trying to rip a model for the first time, but I realized when I tried to rip a model from Hello Kitty: Roller Rescue, I realized the back was missing, can anyone tell me how to get the back correctly put back on there, i'm using Blender for it.
